There is a very interesting story behind this Boss 302. The owner bought it used in 1973 and drove it for five years, putting a lot of miles on it. He then took the motor out to be rebuilt in 1978. The job was 80% finished and the motor was put backinto the engine bay but, the job was never completed. It sat in various garages over the years until we had the towed into our shop. It is an original grabber orange car. We are goingto do a complete restoration including finishing the rebuild of the motor.
As you might imagine this car serveral dings from years of storage. We stripped the down and started the body work. Other than the dings this car was very clean. No rust or rot anywhere.
The body work is starting to be finished up and we are beginning to prime and block the panels. As with any of our restorations we prime and block the car several times to ensure a proper final finish.
